By commissioning me, you agreed to all the terms listed below regarding both personal and commercial usage of the commissioned artworks.

USAGE POLICY
✦ You must be 18 years old or older to commission me. I do not work with minors.
✦ Any emails and private messages that you send must come in the English language.✦ I retain all copyright to my art.
You may repost and use the commissioned artwork, but you are not allowed to make major edits to it.
Credits must be given. An additional fee will be charged if the credits are hidden.✦ You are not allowed to use commissioned artworks for NFT or AI-training.✦ I do not offer discounts. Please refrain from trying to persuade me to reduce the stated price.✦ I reserve the right to decline any order.

PAYMENT✦ Payments are made through PayPal in USD.
Once all the details of your commission have been discussed, you will be requested to send the payment within 72 hours. If you need more time to send it, please inform me beforehand.
No files will be sent to you unless full payment has been received and confirmed by me.✦ Payment is required upfront -- either in full or split 50/50 (half before starting, half before the final delivery).
Payment plans are available for higher-budget commissions ($150+).

COMMERCIAL USE
✦ Artworks that you purchase for the basic price are non-commercial and for personal use only. Emotes is the only exception -- the commercial use fee is already included in the basic price.Inform me beforehand if you wish to use the commissioned artwork for commercial purposes.For general commercial & merchandise-related use, I charge a +100% one-time fee of the total price. The price of the commercial rights depends on the type and the amount of your merchandise.You must purchase commercial rights for the following types of artworks:
✧ artworks that will be used for making and selling merchandise (keychains, acrylic stands, etc.);
✧ V-tuber reference sheets;
✧ artworks that will be used for MVs;
✧ artworks that will be used as stream assets (banners, stream alerts, overlays, etc.)l
✧ artworks that will be used for promoting a commercial organisation or a commercial project.If you break copyright infringement, your right to everything I have ever made for you will be retracted.
What is considered copyright infringement:
• reproducing/using the copyrighted artwork for commercial purposes unless discussed with me;
• taking credit for the creation of the artwork;
• altering the artwork without my approval.

QUEUE
✦ You reserve the right to set a deadline time for your commission. This deadline must be disclosed prior to payment. I reserve the right to decline your order if there is too short of a time allowance.
✦ If due dates are discussed, it is also the client's responsibility to reply promptly. I will not be held responsible for late delivery.
✦ You reserve the right to send reminders. However, you are adviced not to send them on daily basis.
✦ I work on commissions randomly. It means that I will work on the piece I am the most comfortable with at the moment.
✦ You reserve the right to be notified of any delays.
✦ An additional fee will be charged for rush orders.

NDA (PRIVACY REQUEST)
✦ If you wish for your request to be private, it must be stated during the ordering process. The privacy request entails that I am not allowed to share any WIPs on social media, nor am I allowed to stream the process of the commission anywhere.
If you do not state that your commission requires an NDA, I am exempt from any penalization and cannot be held accountable from your miscommunication.
✦ A fee will be charged for privacy requests. The NDA fee usually starts at +15% of the total price and is multiplied by the NDA length in months.

REFUNDS
✦ I cancel the commission and refund your money, if:
✧ I cannot deliver the finished piece within the deadline that we agreed upon. In this case, 100% of the total payment amount will be refunded.
✧ you, the client, is not satisfied with the sketches that I prepared for you. In this case, 50% of the total payment amount will be refunded. Please note that refunds are not possible after the sketches have been approved unless I cannot finish the commission within the deadline.
✧ you, the client, act disrespectfully during our communication. The refund's amount depends on the step in which the commission has been canceled.No refunds or chargebacks are allowed for any given reason once the commission has been completed.

The minimum size of the canvas is 2000 x 1654 300 dpi. PNG format.

The basic price is $65, it includes the naked version of your character and 2 different outfits.
An additional fee will be charged for characters with complex designs ($10+).
Each additional outfit costs $12. I charge $24+ for each custom outfit.An additional fee will also be charged for:
✧ new hairstyle ($8+);
✧ new hand pose ($8+);
✧ back view ($35+).I will not draw:
✧ anthros, ferals;
✧ elderly people;
✧ muscular men;
✧ NSFW (note: gore is OK).Turnaround time -- 2 months.

1st step. Send me a message. Provide me with:
1) your character's reference sheet;
2) your character's personality (briefly)
3) your character's lore (briefly);
4) the number, names and description of the outfits you would like to request. For example:
"1 -- naked version. Please pay attention to this and this.
2 -- main outfit. Here's the reference. No changes needed.
3 -- custom outfit, "grim reaper" Please draw this and this," etc.You must send the payment once the commission have been confirmed.
Please note that I draw in my own style only. I will not copy other artists' styles.2nd step. I show you the sketches. This is the moment when you can ask for any kind of corrections — I will make all of them for free.3rd step. Once the sketches have been approved, I will continue working on your commission. Please note that I do not draw sketches for existing outfits. I draw sketches for custom outfits only.
In this step, only minor corrections are made for free. For any major correction, there will be additional charges.4th step. I show you the finished artwork. If it is approved, I will send it at your email as a .png file.
